A closed-end, non-diversified fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation primarily by investing in companies engaged in the exploration, mining, or processing of gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, or other precious minerals. At least 80% of its assets are invested in common shares or related securities of such companies, held as bullion, or in instruments representing interests in precious minerals.
